Happy New Year, readers!
Now that we’re well into the first month of 2018 I thought I would write to give you an update on what I have planned for this year. Of course, I make no promises to fulfill any or all of these little hatchlings, but it will be fun trying!
- I have missed you all so much. For my first challenge, I shall try to write more often and add interesting articles between coffee dates. Some might be requests posted by fellow bloggers or something of interest I might stumble across. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure they are all interesting.
That leads me to my second challenge: to keep in touch with fellow bloggers and participate more in the blogging world. Given my lack of attendance at the weekly virtual blogging meet ups, I have lost touch with some of my older blogging pals.I would love to get in touch with them again and see what they have been up to. The Bloggers Bash is coming up soon which will give me the opportunity to catch up with more friends. Join us if you get a chance.
- With all this catching up and extra writing, time has to be set aside for the degree. After all, my assignments aren’t going to write themselves.
There are an annoying number of half-written scripts crying out to me from my squiggly box of stuff. It’s time to set some of those stories free. So, for my final challenge this year, I will be releasing another thriller on my unsuspecting readers. Stay tuned for details in future blogs!
Wish me luck with my fantastic four. It’s not going to be easy and I need all the inspiration I can get. Every hero needs an arch enemy; mine will be procrastination and pure laziness!
Good luck in your endeavours and let me know what you have planned for 2018.
Good luck Eloise … I’m pleased to hear that you too attach to the word ‘procrastination’! One of my little ‘get over it’s’ for 2018, is to just get on with it – what ever it is. All the best with your degree … I well remember burning the candle at both ends phew! Bloggers Bash … mmm I am still taking my time writing, maybe I need some inspiration from the professionals! Take care and all the best for 2018.

Ooo! It would be wonderful if you did attend. Everyone is so welcoming and the advice is perfect for anyone starting out to bloggers like yourself who have been doing it for a while but want a change of pace.

Definitely on my list Eloise! I’m a slow and infrequent blogger and I know I will learn lots. Yes, on my list … Hope you have a lovely weekend.
