Do you find yourself hopping on the scale daily (in the morning in your birthday suit) and letting the scale determine how you feel about yourself that day?
Maybe YOU hop on the scale in the morning AND after you poop, you’re praying that there’s a pound drop after you take care of some business? Don’t act like I’m the only one that does that! LOL but seriously… I faithfully stood on that scale each morning waiting for it to tell me how to feel for the day.
If it was lower than expected I’d walked away in a good mood and would even sometimes unconsciously “reward myself” with some type of food that’s not clean.
If it was higher, a rush of self-doubt, frustration, and slight depression would hit me like a fly-away Mac Truck to the head.
