Happy mid-week break everyone. It’s the holidays here and the children are loving their late mornings and even later nights. Decent mealtimes have gone out the window and as I’m sitting here, my youngest is munching on carrot sticks and popcorn! Easter has been a quiet, peaceful affair with yummy Easter eggs still littering the house. My favourite this year has to be the Creme Egg. It is scrummy delicious!
As I mentioned in a previous post, eggs ran out early in our area and last minute shopping turned up absolutely nothing…not even a baby egg in sight. I left it too late and had to substitute Ferrero Rocher boxes for the older kids (not that I heard a complaint). Between the nephews and neices and my sprogs, I had to spread the eggs out fairly. My sister-in-law had the same problem and had to buy Cadbury Creme eggs for all the children. I am happily harvesting their little eggs because they don’t like them whilst they have the large egg. Win-win!

They had to leave the day before, but we had so much fun together. Ron and I relaxed and snoozed part of Sunday. We were worn out! LOL!
